Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure, including virtual machines, networking, and databases.
Deploy and support cloud-based projects, ensuring robust performance and availability.
Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and cloud-hosted application issues, including performance, networking, and security incidents.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation.
Monitor cloud resources, set up alerts, analyze logs/metrics, and generate system health reports.
Implement access controls, data encryption, and identity management to ensure compliance.
Maintain documentation, create knowledge bases, and provide training to internal teams.
Collaborate with development, DevOps, and engineering teams to integrate monitoring solutions and resolve technical challenges.
Participate in process improvement initiatives and strategic projects.
