About the Role
As a Cloud Support Analyst, you won't just be watching dashboards. You will provide end-to-end support (L1-L3) across AWS and OCI environments, ensuring our infrastructure is seamless, integrated, and optimized.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver L1-L3 support for AWS and OCI cloud maintenance tasks.
Manage and troubleshoot multiplatform virtualization (VMware, Linux, and Windows).
Handle hands-on system integration involving networking and storage.
Execute routine cloud maintenance and ensure high availability of services.
Must-Have Qualifications
4–5+ years of experience in VMware, Linux, and Windows server virtualization.
3–4+ years of hands-on experience supporting AWS Cloud Technology.
Deep expertise in networking and storage fundamentals.
Proven ability to handle L3-level technical escalations.
