About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled
Cloud Solution Architect (M365 Health)
to partner with customers in enhancing the stability, performance, and adoption of Microsoft 365 environments. This role blends deep technical expertise across M365 Apps, network connectivity, and tenant health with strong advisory capabilities to drive performance optimization and long-term platform value.

You'll proactively assess tenant health, evaluate network readiness, troubleshoot application performance, and deliver actionable recommendations in line with Microsoft best practices. You will also leverage usage analytics and governance strategies to help customers maximize usage and overall ROI from their M365 investments.
