Cloud Service Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement & Project Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their business needs and technical requirements.
• Lead and manage client-facing execution throughout the project lifecycle, including:
• Requirement Gathering: Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements for cloud solutions.
• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Patch Management: Oversee and ensure timely and effective patch management strategies for cloud infrastructure and applications.
• Client-Side Deployment: Coordinate and manage the deployment of cloud solutions, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
