Cloud Platform Engineer - Contract

Role Overview

The Cloud Platform Engineer will design, build, and operate the cloud foundation for a Smart City initiative that integrates OT, IoT, analytics, AI, and application workloads. The role focuses on end-to-end platform engineering, including landing zone design, infrastructure-as-code provisioning, CI/CD implementation, cloud security, data platform setup, and production operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Terraform, cloud platform services, CI/CD pipeline ownership, IAM/RBAC, secrets management, Docker, Kubernetes , monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational runbooks. The candidate will work closely with software, data, and OT integration engineers to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable delivery across the platform.
