Lavu Tech Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a seasoned Windows 365 Cloud PC Service Owner to define and own the Cloud PC service setup in Malaysia. You will drive service strategy, governance, SLAs, KPIs, and oversee provisioning, scaling, and lifecycle management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain reliability, incident response, and compliance, while evaluating Microsoft updates and emerging tech to modernize the platform.
