The Customer Efficiency and Intelligent Automation team focuses on enriching customer interactions by managing information channels, platforms, online environments, digital assets, governance and guidelines for engagement channels and communication approaches. The team coordinates with internal units to enhance and automate customer interactions through AI, Machine Learning and Business Process Automation.
- IDentify potential automation initiatives using business process analytics
- Analyze design solutions using SAP iRPA & SAP Process Automation
- Build prototypes & conduct feasibility studies into automation potential
- Participate in demand prioritization & sprint planning
