Job Description
- Experience on ITSM processes like Incident, change and problem management
- Escalation processes.
- Documentation of technical runbooks and RCA.
- Working knowledge on JIRA / Service Now / Remedy.
- 3-5 years of professional experience working on Azure cloud Platform (any public cloud is also ok but microservice based application experience is must).
- Production experience of containers and container orchestration tools (Docker / Kubernetes / Helm / FluxCD).
- Experience in working with enterprise scale applications, API Gateways, high availability architectures, load balancing & disaster recovery.
