Job Description
The Cloud Operations Lead (Managed Services) is responsible for leading the delivery of proactive and reactive cloud operations services, ensuring high availability, security, performance, and cost efficiency of cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments.
This role provides technical leadership within a managed services model, overseeing operational execution, incident response, problem resolution, and continuous service improvement. The position acts as a senior escalation point, drives operational standards, and delivers technical direction and customer advisory services while coordinating closely with engineering, security, DevOps, and vendor teams.
