Job Description

TG Singapore is looking for a Level Operation Engineer to manage and support Windows and Linux workloads hosted on AWS. This role emphasizes day-to-day operational support and troubleshooting for OS-level and cloud services while working in a secure multi-account environment.

The ideal candidate will provide Level 2 support for AWS infrastructure, validating connections and resolving operational issues as they arise. Strong knowledge of Windows Server, AWS services, and network configurations are essential.
