Cloud Operations Engineer

job Responsibilities
Fully responsible for configuration management, status monitoring, and scheduled inspections of critical equipment—including servers and network switches—in the data center infrastructure to ensure high system availability。
Address customer issues arising from cloud platform usage and support their business activities.
Perform end-to-end operations and maintenance (O&M) of the Alibaba Cloud Apsara Stack platform to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
Monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents, and implement proactive optimizations.
Generate and deliver comprehensive O&M reports on system status, resource utilization, and operational metrics on a regular basis.
Collaborate with internal teams and customers to support stable and efficient cloud service delivery.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related major, with over 2 years of work experience in cloud service technology.
