Cloud Operations Engineer – Hybrid | Mexico City
About the Role
We are looking for a Cloud Operations Engineer to help maintain the stability, performance, and reliability of our production infrastructure. In this role, you will act as a key operational safeguard, ensuring our cloud environments support both customer-facing services and internal development teams.
You will monitor live systems, respond to incidents, and collaborate closely with engineering teams to maintain high availability and operational excellence. While you are not expected to know our entire technology stack from day one, we are looking for someone who is curious, fast-learning, process-driven, and capable of making sound technical decisions under pressure.
This role includes participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation, responding to alerts and incidents in a timely and structured manner.
Hybrid work model: 3 days per week onsite in Mexico City
