We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud O&M Engineer for a 12-month contract with Huawei.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end stability, maintenance, and operational excellence of the HUAWEI CLOUD Stack platform. This role requires a proactive technical expert capable of handling routine monitoring, complex troubleshooting, and emergency recovery in a high-pressure environment.
Key responsibilities
Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Resolve routine and complex issues within the HUAWEI CLOUD Stack. Perform deep-dive root cause analysis (RCA) and lead recovery efforts.
Emergency Fault Recovery: Act as the primary technical point of contact during service interruptions, collaborating with the Huawei Technical Support Center (TAC) to rectify faults and restore services.
Data Protection & Continuity: Execute comprehensive backup and restoration protocols for management data to ensure 100% service continuity and prevent data loss.
