Job Description
KEY ACTIVITIES & TASKS. Lead resolution of high-priority (P1/P2) incidents, ensuring timely service restoration and effective communication to stakeholders and clients.
. Manage and maintain Windows server environments
. Image creation
. Troubleshoot complex issues related to Active Directory, DNS, GPO, DFS and user access management.
. Perform capacity planning, performance optimization, and fault analysis for Windows
. Conduct OS-level patching, kernel upgrades, and security hardening in compliance with Global I T standards.
. Automate recurring administrative tasks using Ansible, PowerShell, Terraform
. Plan and implement infrastructure changes, backups and disaster recovery initiatives.
