CLOUD & INFRASTRUCTURE OPERATIONS ANALYST

The Role

As a Cloud & Digital Workplace Analyst, you will provide first‑line support for virtual servers and Microsoft Azure environments. You will be responsible for performing daily operational tasks, monitoring systems, handling basic service requests, and performing routine changes across both cloud and on‑prem infrastructure. This includes basic support for VMware virtualization platforms, backup jobs, and networking components. You will upscale complex issues as needed while gaining hands‑on experience across hybrid IT environments.
