Cloud & Integration Support

• Assist in supporting cloud and integration operations under guidance of senior team members
• Help monitor and maintain integration processes within the BOOMI platform
• Perform routine and proactive operational tasks, e.g., monitoring alerts, checking job statuses
• Provide basic L1/L2 support for BOOMI runtime and infrastructure issues with supervision
• Document processes, issues and resolutions for knowledge sharing
• Assist in administrative tasks such as access and permission requests, folder creation and updates, user creation (QA and Production environments), certificate updates (with guidance)
• Manage incident & request tickets assigned to BOOMI, acknowledge and respond to customer emails and inquiries in a timely manner, and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
