Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Cloud Engineer (L1/L2) to provide operational support for Windows server environments hosted both on-premises and in AWS. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Wintel infrastructure, performing patching and compliance tasks, and supporting cloud services such as EC2, IAM, and S3.
This is a technical operations role that requires strong troubleshooting skills, a solid understanding of Windows Server ecosystems, and familiarity with cloud platforms-particularly AWS.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 2 support for Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022 in hybrid environments (on-prem and AWS).
Manage core infrastructure services: Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, GPO, WSUS, and Windows clustering.
Troubleshoot system issues and resolve incidents and service requests via ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
Execute monthly and quarterly patch management cycles using WSUS, SCCM, and AWS Systems Manager.
