Job Description
As a Graduate Trainee, you will work under the direct mentorship of a Cloud Engineer to support our Google Cloud (GCP) and Google Workspace clients. Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for client issues related to Google Cloud and Google Workspace.
Investigate technical hurdles, identify root causes, and resolve or escalate them to the Cloud Engineer within agreed timelines (SLAs).
Assist in maintaining cloud environments, ensuring they adhere to security guidelines and performance best practices.
Assist in deploying web applications and services onto Google Cloud Platform.
Write simple scripts (Python, PHP, or Java) to automate routine cloud tasks or build small internal tools.
Work with the team to help document requirements for new customer projects and migrations.
