Location: Madrid, Spain
Duration: 12 months contract (extension possible)
Job Type: Fully remote (1 day per month onsite)
Languages: Spanish (native or bilingual) and English
Summary : Senior Genesys Cloud Developer with experience in API integrations, able to connect Genesys with third-party Chatbots and Voicebots.
Responsibilities- Design and implement integrations with Genesys Cloud APIs.
- Connect Genesys with Chatbots/Voicebots (Third-Party Bots).
- Capture and expose key data (intents, summaries, metrics, duration).
- Set up and optimize flows in Genesys Architect.
- Collaborate on the design of the integration architecture.
