Role Overview

You will design, implement, and maintain a scalable, secure managed services cloud infrastructure. As a key member of our operations team you will optimise uptime, scale the platform as we grow new services, and maintain compliance with industry best practices and security baselines.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement best practice Microsoft Azure architectures.
• Build and troubleshoot containerised services with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and infrastructure-as-code tools (Ansible, Terraform).
• Operate, monitor, and dashboard the entire IT stack using tools such as Salesforce, Netbox, Zabbix, and Grafana.
