Overview

The AWS Cloud DevOps Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud-native infrastructure and DevOps practices to enable scalable, secure, and high-performing applications on AWS. This role accelerates software delivery, improves system reliability, and drives automation across the development lifecycle. Works closely with engineering, architecture, and platform teams to ensure cloud environments are resilient, cost-efficient, and aligned to best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Cloud Infrastructure & Platform Engineering: Design, build, and maintain scalable, highly available, and secure AWS cloud environments.
  • Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or CDK.
  • Manage core AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS/EKS, VPC, IAM, and CloudFront.
