Salary: MXN 520,000 - 782,000

Link-Worldwide is looking for a Technical Solutions Specialist to provide customer support and troubleshoot technical issues on Google Cloud products.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • At least two years of experience in technical support
  • Coding/debugging skills

Responsibilities:

  • Work in a team that ensures 24-hour customer support for customers
  • Advocate for their needs and resolve issues promptly
  • Flexibility in work hours, including weekends
