Role Overview

As a Cloud Customer Solution Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving customer success across the entire lifecycle: from solution design and onboarding to ongoing support and scaling. This role blends solution architecture, customer engagement, and technical account ownership, acting as the primary technical interface between customers, sales, product, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Discovery & Engagement

• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer workloads, architecture, and business objectives.
