A well-established Miami law firm is seeking a Closing Specialist to support case teams in resolving outstanding bills and liens on settled cases. This role focuses on coordinating payments, communicating with lienholders, and supporting the disbursement process.
Key Responsibilities
- Review case information to determine appropriate payment allocations following settlement
- Analyze and reconcile outstanding balances prior to final disbursement
- Communicate with third parties to validate and resolve financial obligations
- Negotiate reductions where applicable to improve overall case outcomes
