Job Description

• Responsible for luggage storage and retrieval of all non-in-house guests, as well as doing the inventory of all stored items in the cloakroom.
  
• Greets and ensures that all the guests are attended to in a friendly and helpful manner at all times, and attempts to use guests' names at every opportunity.
  
• Proactive in assisting courteously and quickly before having to be asked, especially when a guest is carrying luggage and/or other items.
  
• Strives to ensure every guest's interaction leaves a lasting positive impression of the Resort Services, enhancing their overall experience and satisfaction.
