Vice President – Client Operations (Corporate Trust)

A leading financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Vice President – Client Operations to join its Corporate Trust Operations team in Dublin.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operations professional with a background in Corporate Trust, loan operations or financial markets to take ownership of key client relationships while leading operational excellence within a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of complex client accounts, ensuring a consistently high level of service.
  • Manage day-to-day operational queries relating to Collateralised Loan Obligations (CLOs) and loan portfolios.
  • Lead the resolution of complex operational and technical issues, working closely with both internal teams and external clients.
