Typical Accountabilities
Support the set-up, maintenance, and close-out/archiving of study systems and tools including CTMS, eTMF, etc.Develop study documents under the guidance of clinical operation team. Support study documents management including submission, printing, sealing, shipment, collection and filing within the required timeline.Manage vendor activities including procurement processes, deliverables/budget reconciliation, payment, and performance evaluation.Manage administrative and logistic tasks including preparation of internal/external meetings, newsletters, audits and inspections.Manage inventory of study drugs, materials and equipment, including application, coordination, re-supply and return.Coach and train junior/newly joined CTA together with line manager and develop the newcomer training package and knowledge testing documentation.Work with line manager for team working process development, opti...
