Typical Accountabilities

  • Support the set-up, maintenance, and close-out/archiving of study systems and tools including CTMS, eTMF, etc.
  • Develop study documents under the guidance of clinical operation team. Support study documents management including submission, printing, sealing, shipment, collection and filing within the required timeline.
  • Manage vendor activities including procurement processes, deliverables/budget reconciliation, payment, and performance evaluation.
  • Manage administrative and logistic tasks including preparation of internal/external meetings, newsletters, audits and inspections.
  • Manage inventory of study drugs, materials and equipment, including application, coordination, re-supply and return.
  • Coach and train junior/newly joined CTA together with line manager and develop the newcomer training package and knowledge testing documentation.
