Clinical Team Leader

The Role:

The Clinical Team Leader will work within the Clinical teams in their assigned locations.

Role Purpose:

Utilising experience in team leadership, clinical supervision, and in providing evidence-based interventions to consumers, the Clinical Team Leader will lead a multidisciplinary team of Mental Health Clinicians to support people impacted by mental illness, psychological distress and substance use or addiction.

As part of the leadership team, the Clinical Team Leader will lead by example, fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusion and continuous improvement while directly supporting the delivery of responsive, recovery-oriented services.

Main responsibilities of the role include:
