Clinical Team Lead

Role: CSE/Complex Care - Clinical Team Lead
Salary/Benefits: Up to £50,000 depending on experience
Hours: 40 hours (Monday to Friday)
Location: Yorkshire region (East Yorkshire, West Yorkshire & West Humberside)

Main duties of the job

You will act as the clinical lead for the CSE/CC services in the Yorkshire and West Humberside region. Your responsibilities include coordinating assessments and interventions, providing guidance and feedback on clinical recommendations, supporting multi‑agency risk assessments in relation to CSE, offering consultation and advice to operational and educational colleagues, and delivering training packages and bespoke workshops for teams. You will manage a small caseload of direct work with young people and collaborate closely with the regional manager and the regional lead for education to ensure aligned working.
