Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit CRNAs and Anesthesiologists for PRN, locums, and full-time opportunities
  • Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates through outreach and networking
  • Maintain relationships with SRNA programs, universities, faculty, and students
  • Represent the organization at conferences, career fairs, and university programs
  • Partner with hiring leaders to execute recruiting strategies
  • Create outreach campaigns using Greenhouse, HireEZ, PracticeMatch, and LinkedIn
  • Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives
  • Screen candidates and coordinate interviews to provide a high-touch experience
  • Maintain recruiting activity and documentation within Greenhouse ATS

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2–5 years of Talent Acquisition experience
