Position Overview

Emergency Response Services (ERS) Clinical Service Leaders are responsible for providing advanced levels of care to patients in both pre‑hospital and inter‑facility transport roles. This position plays a key role as part of a multi‑disciplinary health care team and is dedicated to providing compassionate, high‑quality health care services. The Clinical Service Leader is responsible for providing accessible, responsive, and integrated patient care at all times. The role collaborates with health care providers, allied emergency service agencies, and other community agencies. Clinical Service Leaders provide front‑line clinical leadership, mentorship, education, evaluation, and involvement in ERS initiatives, and are responsible to monitor ERS system capacity, perform day‑to‑day administration, and lead specialized incident response.
