Job Summary: The Clinical RN Supervisor is a member of the clinical operation team responsible for managing and leading care delivery and the provision of safe, effective, quality people-centered care for their assigned team in compliance with VON policies and procedures. The Clinical RN Supervisor works closely with the management team to adhere to VON organization strategic priorities and clinical leading practices and supports the development of clinical skills to ensure the delivery of holistic nursing services.
