Multi-site Dermatology Group Seeks Medical Receptionist / Clinical Research Study Assistant Optima Dermatology is recruiting an experienced full‐time Medical Receptionist / Clinical Research Study Assistant to join our growing Dermatology and Medical Aesthetics group in Boardman, OH. Position Summary The Medical Receptionist (MR)/Clinical Research Study Assistant (CRSA) supports clinical research studies, working closely with the Sub‐Investigator to carry out directed tasks related to protocol compliance, patient visits (paper and electronic), laboratory and test article handling, investigational product accounting, and follow‐up. The MR‐CRSA must understand protocol design, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, International Conference on Harmonisation (ICH) regulations, and the International Air Transport Association (IATA) rules for Dangerous Goods transport.
