Clinical Research Lead

The Clinical Research Lead (CRL) is responsible for managing clinical sites that are considered or participating in Lilly clinical trials for the assigned therapeutic area(s), while driving an unparalleled clinical trial/customer experience. The role includes site identification, qualification, and comprehensive site management to ensure timely enrolment readiness, recruitment, database lock, performance management, issue mitigation, and inspection readiness. The CRL is also responsible for understanding local treatment paradigms and standard of care, providing vendor oversight for site monitoring, establishing strong relationships with investigators, and developing strategic institutional/site partnerships to optimize trial delivery.
