• Conduct confidential counseling sessions to address the mental health and well-being of staff members.
• Administer psychological assessments and provide appropriate interventions based on individual needs.
• Collaborate with HR and management to develop and implement mental health and well-being initiatives for the staff.
• Assist in the development and implementation of workplace policies that promote mental health awareness and support.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions and interventions.
• Provide consultation to management on staff-related mental health matters.
• Stay informed about current trends and research in workplace psychology and mental health.
