In this senior clinical role, you will manage the service delivery process, ensuring excellent patient outcomes and efficient resource utilization. You'll provide leadership for staff training, conduct evaluations, and collaborate with community partners to enhance service effectiveness and accessibility in the mental health sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and provide oversight for care delivery
• Manage staff assignments and optimize resources
• Facilitate staff recruitment and training processes
• Implement evidence-based practices and guidelines
• Engage in quality improvement evaluations and audits
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required
• Four years of recent clinical experience
• Supervisory experience is an asset
