Main duties of the job
This role involves conducting mostly remotemedication reviews with patients, primarily via phone, to ensure theirmedication regimens align with best practice guidelines. With the expectation of conducting face to face medication reviews in the surgery at least 1-2 days per month.
The ideal candidatewill have a strong understanding of pharmacology, excellent communicationskills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with otherhealthcare providers.
