Clinical Pharmacist — Patient Care & Team Collaboration

Aurelius Hospital Alor Setar is seeking a qualified pharmacist with a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy and at least 2–5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be fully registered with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia and possess strong knowledge in medication safety and pharmaceutical care.

This role requires excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, with a focus on patient counseling and teamwork within a multidisciplinary environment.
