Take on a vital role as a Palliative Care Physician with the Saskatchewan Health Authority, delivering clinical support (0.2 FTE) across South West Areas 1, 4, and 5. Provide compassionate care for patients with life-limiting conditions while supporting their families.
Your role involves various care settings, including hospitals and homes, where you will manage patient assessments and care planning.
