Clinical Operations Supervisor

Position Summary

The Clinical Operations Supervisor works collaboratively with charge nurses, physicians, and allied health professionals in the coordination of efficient and timely patient flow, access and bed utilization, 7 days a week, across all Quinte Health (QH) sites and models and inspires the QH corporate values.

Required

• Valid registration and in good standing from College of Nurses of Ontario as a Registered Nurse OR a University Degree in Social Work, Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy
• Completed Baccalaureate Degree or actively pursuing
• Minimum of 5 years’ progressive and recent Clinical Nursing experience in a health care setting and a demonstrated high degree of clinical nursing competence with the ability to make appropriate professional judgments
