Clinical Operations Coordination Leader - Coordinated Access (Toronto)

Responsibilities

• Support efficient daily clinical operations in service areas, including overseeing referral flow, leading case conferences, team huddles and resource allocation.
• Scheduling and coordination of all staff & physicians.
• Coordination and standardization of clinic processes.
• Engagement with internal and external partners to ensure ongoing evaluation and continued streamlining of coordinated access to services across the Toronto Region.
• Support of the ongoing expansion and optimization of the services through continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Coordination and management of the rollout of corporate initiatives across programs.
• Oversight of all technical and digital systems and infrastructure.
• Support of the ongoing strategic priorities of all teams.
• Contract management and support.
