Lincoln Tech in Paramus, NJ is seeking BSN registered nurses (MSN highly encouraged) to teach in our LPN program. No teaching experience is required, we will provide you with the tools required to become a successful instructor. Key Qualifications

BSN / MSN - preferred

Active RN license in New Jersey

3+ years of recent clinical experience

A passion for teaching

Responsibilities

Facilitate and effectively deliver nursing curriculum in the classroom and/or clinical sites

Supervise students and demonstrate hands-on patient care at nursing clinical sites

Teach nursing techniques and provide sufficient practice to students to develop skill proficiency

Evaluate learning outcomes of students and maintain accurate student records

Prepare students for an exciting career in nursing!
