Overview

Netcare is seeking a Professional Nurse/Clinical Nurse to deliver individualized, holistic and person‑centered nursing care within a multi‑disciplinary health team. The role involves assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, documentation, coordination and advocacy for patients, families, and the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care for patients and their families.
• Document patient status, care needs, shift reports and other required records.
• Coordinate patient care with nursing management, physicians, and other health professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Act as a patient advocate, communicating with families and health professionals as needed.
