- Lead the day-to-day coordination of your specialty/theatre to keep sessions running smoothly
- Deliver an outstanding experience for patients, whānau and specialists
- Champion safe, efficient, high-quality care at every step
- Plan resources and match team capability to demand for the best outcomes
- Guide, mentor and grow staff to build confidence and clinical excellence
- Work alongside fellow leaders and the Theatre Manager on staffing and equipment planning
- Stay ahead of daily stock and equipment requirements so nothing slows the list
