An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Allied Health team as a Clinical Needs Assessor at Dunstan Hospital. We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated Clinical Needs Assessor predominantly based in the community.

The applicant must be a qualified, registered Allied Health Professional or Nurse with a current practicing certificate and New Zealand driver’s license.

The role involves assessing client’s health and social needs using the interRAI assessment tool, creating a care plan that is client centered, and goal focused.

This includes developing multi-agency care packages to support and maintain the health of primarily older people in our region.
