• Salary: $47.04–$60.09 per hour

Responsibilities

• Leadership
  • Provide programmatic leadership of the clinical component in assigned areas to ensure quality patient care outcomes by implementing goals, standards, policies, educational programs, procedures, and practices aligned with the strategic plan.
  • Participate in the development, coaching, and evaluation of department personnel, mentoring and providing learning and development opportunities for direct reports and ensuring shared governance and shared decision making are integrated with leadership practices.
