Job Description

Candidates are invited to apply for the Full Time Permanent position of Clinical Manager of Willow Program. Extendicare Cedars Villa, a 243-bed long-term care home, located in Calgary, Alberta. Willow unit is a 43-bed unit that provides care to seniors with Cardio- Respiratory.

Reporting to the Director of General Programs, responsible for the clinical care and services offered to the residents.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates, collaborates and oversees the delivery of resident care services, ensuring the implementation and evaluation of systems and processes to meet the care needs of the residents.
• Ensures that professional standards are maintained with respective scope of practice and that a collaborative decision making model is utilized.
• Participates actively in the leadership of multi-site strategic planning and Continuous Quality Improvement.
