As a Pharmacist I, you will oversee pharmaceutical services design and implementation, focusing on safe medication therapy management and problem resolution. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you’ll leverage your expertise in healthcare delivery systems to enhance medication record standards, incorporate cutting-edge technologies, and improve user experience with Connect Care tools.
