JOB SUMMARY :
Coordinates and provides for the delivery and/or pick up of supplies and equipment to patients/clients, ensuring that supplies and equipment are in good order and compliant with safety expectations. Acts as an On-Call patient/client resource after routine hours based upon department rotation. Performs basic in home safety assessment and ensures that patients/clients are knowledgeable about product safety. Responsible to maintain inventory warehouse, keeping and maintaining clean/dirty equipment - perform the cleaning department procedure and have equipment in the designated area. QUALIFICATIONS :
