Clinical Educator/Instructor

Role Overview

As the Clinical Educator/Instructor you will play a critical role in the education, competency development, and risk awareness of our staff within the care team. This position is responsible for delivering high-quality clinical training while proactively identifying, monitoring, and addressing clinical practice risks. The role requires flexibility to work every other weekend and to travel between facilities and clients’ homes to provide hands-on training, coaching, and support.

Shift Details

• Location: Main Office (In-person role; travel to Kitchener TCU and client homes required as needed)
• Pay Range: $38- $42 per Hour
• Shift Timing: Monday - Friday (9AM-5PM)
